Write and send out press releases, pitch stories and keep the clippings for your portfolio. It's a great way to meet the media and get to know the news outlets in Hawaii—from print, to radio, to television. The PR committee gets involved with media exposure for the public service campaign and other key club milestones (like everytime we sweep the national Ad 2 awards).
