History

We're OLD!

Ad 2 Honolulu was established back in 1969 by some very insightful people who know there was a need for an organization built specifically for young advertising professionals to learn, network and socialize. "Ad 2" is derived from the "second ad club", meaning we're the young guns who decided to separate ourselves from the older folks Ad Club. Pretty smart, huh?

Ad 2 Honolulu is a part of National Ad 2, a division of the American Advertising Federation (AAF), and works closely with our local parent club, the Hawaii Advertising Federation (HAF).
